The Kendall County Women’s Shelter began as a crisis hotline in 2006. As leaders recognized the growing need, they established a shelter in 2012.
An organization dedicated to sheltering women and child survivors of domestic abuse is hoping its partnership with TRL Productions’ Bexarfest will both highlight its mission and help students in their future.
As a way to bring a sense of normalcy to women and children who have survived an abusive relationship, the Kendall County Women’s Shelter is collecting new or gently used bikes for their clients.
