It’s been one week since 53 migrants died on the city’s Southwest Side after being discovered in a tractor-trailer, and a growing memorial is honoring their lives with the names of victims added to the display.
As the days pass, the memorial for the victims found dead in an 18-wheeler grows along Quintana Rd.
