TUPD is working with SAPD to investigate the assault by going through camera footage, checking for potential witnesses. MISSING STUDENTOn Nov. 3, late Sunday night, friends reported sophomore Morgan Cartwright as a missing person to TUPD. On Nov. 5, at 1:03 p.m., TUPD released a community-wide notification about Cartwright. Pete Perez, assistant police chief, described how TUPD must wait 24 hours before reporting a student missing to SAPD.
