The Buc-ee’s development in Boerne is facing yet another delay — this time due to a zoning classification issue that dates back to 2021.

The vision for the Stone Oak community was created by a group of developers in 1985, it would created a sense of community for people and provide everything they needed without have to leave their neighborhood.
