April Wilkerson, a Texas Hill Country resident, has made a name for herself as an expert Do-It-Yourselfer on YouTube. Debuting on Tuesday, Feb. 23 at 9 p.m. CST, “Assembly Required,” features Wilkerson, Tim Allen and Richard Karn of “Home Improvement” fame.
