KSAT employees recount stories from historic 1998 flood

San Antonio witnessed a 500-year flood 25 years ago when the rain began to fall until the water had nowhere to go. It was the type of extreme flooding that few had ever seen, catching many people off guard. KSAT crew members detailed what they saw in 1998.
