Robert Deitering, 3, and his sister Clara, 5, were found dead with their mother, Karina Kleberovna Sornoza Deitering, and grandmother Galina Tenzeyevna Taypina on April 27 at the Sedona Ranch apartments, 17655 Henderson Pass. San Antonio police said Karina Deitering, 37, shot her children and Taypina, 68, before killing herself. The medical examiners office said the children each died from a gunshot wound to the head.
