Bexar County veterans services director pushes back on termination

Bexar County’s former Military & Veterans Services Director Keith Wilson is pushing back after commissioners voted 4-0 to fire him, saying a county-commissioned outside investigation used “factual mischaracterizations” and didn’t reflect his leadership of the department. The county summary says six of eight allegations were substantiated, including claims involving confidential records, conduct at a county event, and oversight/on-site presence.
