Army vet refuses to neuter his dog — and he's fighting back
A Cibolo Army veteran is calling it government overreach after the city ordered him to neuter his Belgian Malinois — or face more fines. His dog, Drako, was picked up twice for running loose, triggering a city ordinance that requires sterilization after a second offense. The veteran says he has zero plans to comply. KSAT Investigates' Dillon Collier dug into how Cibolo's rules stack up against neighboring cities, and this story is part of a larger look at Cibolo Animal Services, which has already been under fire for a disturbing incident involving another dog earlier this year.
