A flood watch is in effect — here's what you need to know

A Flood Watch is in effect from Monday night through Thursday for the San Antonio metro and all the way up to Austin. Widespread 1–3 inches of rain are expected in SA, but bullseyes of 6+ inches are possible — and west of San Antonio, we're talking 8 to 12 inches in spots. Street flooding in the city and river flooding along the Rio Grande, Nueces, Frio, Sabinal, and Medina River are real concerns.
