Hill Country flooding: roads closed, waters still rising

Man catches a fish during our live shot as a DPS helicopter was spotted hovering low over the Guadalupe River near Center Point — and it hasn't come back up. Emergency crews are actively working rescues in the area as the Guadalupe River surged 32 feet in just four hours, prompting warnings of a 'large and deadly flood wave.' Water is over the bridge on Highway 480 and has reportedly reached the parking lights at the Center Point post office. Highway 27 toward Center Point and Comfort is shut down.
