ICE files detainers for two men charged in fatal New Braunfels crash

Alejandro Nunez had just picked up his 3-year-old daughter when police say a truck hit his car head-on on FM 725 in New Braunfels. The 27-year-old father was killed. His little girl survived with a broken wrist, and his parents gathered at the crash site the next day, still in disbelief. "When somebody takes his life away, that's very, very hard," his father said. Police say the truck's driver showed signs of intoxication, and a passenger took off running before being found in a nearby garage. Both men are now in the Guadalupe County Jail facing charges including intoxication manslaughter, and Homeland Security says ICE has issued detainers on both.  Watch the full story on ksat.com
