Riders stuck at vertical tilt in Austin

COTALAND Austin's grand opening at Circuit of the Americas took a turn when the Circuit Breaker roller coaster stopped unexpectedly, twice in one weekend. Saturday, 19 riders sat stuck at a vertical tilt for about nine minutes before the vehicle returned to its horizontal position. It happened again Sunday, this time for about two minutes. No one was hurt, and the park says occasional stops are a normal part of running sophisticated rides. Video from the weekend shows exactly what riders were dealing with.
