Comedian Bill Maher to perform in SA Majestic Theatre hosts stand-up performance in March No description found
SAN ANTONIO – Comedian Bill Maher will bring his stand-up comedy to the Majestic Theatre on Sunday, March 4 at 7 p.m.
Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m.
Maher is the host of HBO's "Real Time with Bill Maher," a weekly talk show that focuses on current events in politics and the media. He is also a best-selling author and documentary filmmaker.
Maher started his career as a stand-up comedian in 1979, and continues to perform in Las Vegas and in theaters around the country. Two of his eight stand-up specials for HBO –- 2007's "The Decider" and 2005's "I'm Swiss" –- have been nominated for Emmy awards.
