Man charged with child sex assault Teen girl says man forced her to have sex
William Klein, 32, was charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child. According to an arrest affidavit, a teenage girl claimed that Klein forced her to have sex with him when she was 13. She ended up getting pregnant and having a baby.
SAN ANTONIO – A man faces a child sex charge after a girl told hospital staff he forced her to have sex.
Police charged 32-year-old William Klein after the pregnant teen delivered a baby, then told medical personnel he had forced himself on her.
Klein turned himself in to police and said he had sex with the then 13-year-old girl in June of 2011.
An affidavit said he claimed the sex was consensual, and that he paid the girl $40.
But when she became pregnant and delivered a baby, she said Klein had forced her to have sex with him, according to the affidavit.
Klein is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child.
His bond was set at $75,000 dollars.
