AUSTIN, Texas – A convicted felon was arrested Friday after making an illegal sale of a firearm in San Antonio, according to the Department of Justice.
A federal complaint was filed against Manuel "Manny" Rodriguez, 65, reporting that he was in possession of an Intratec AB-10 9mm pistol, a gun which he later sold to an undercover officer for $650.

According to the complaint, Rodriguez served 47 months in federal prison after being convicted in the Central District of California for possession of a machine gun and dealing firearms without an Alcohol Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives license.
ATF agents executed a search warrant at Rodriquez's home where they seized 76 firearms and approximately $15,000 in cash.
Among the firearms found were numerous AR-15 and AK-47 assault rifles.
A judge Wednesday ordered Rodriguez be held without bond.
Upon conviction, Rodriquez faces up to 10 years in a federal prison.
