NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas – Police in New Braunfels have arrested a man who they said was passing a meth pipe to his teenage daughter in their car.

According to the New Braunfels Herald-Zeitung, 50-year-old James Allen Davis was found with methamphetamine and a glass smoking pipe while in the car with his three teenaged children and another man.

Officers say Davis tried to hide the pipe in a cup while trying to pass it to his 16-year-old daughter.

Davis has been charged with child endangerment.
