A 23-year-old woman who worked at a group home for adults who require around-the-clock care is accused of causing injury to a woman with disabilities.
Ennisha Conway was arrested Wednesday on a charge of injury to the disabled.
An arrest warrant affidavit stated that the woman complained Monday to another staffer at the home, located in the 6700 block of Calm Lake Drive.
An online directory shows the address belongs to the Center for Health Care Services.
Bexar County sheriff's investigators arrived at the scene and noticed severe bruising on both of the woman's breasts, the affidavit stated.
The victim, who reportedly has a long list of mental and physical challenges, told detectives that a worker had pinched her on the breast the previous day because she wanted to use the restroom, the affidavit stated.
It stated that the woman said the worker threatened to do it again if she told anyone what happened.
The woman also gave investigators a description of the person who she said was responsible for her injuries.
The affidavit stated that while she was relaying her story, Conway arrived to begin her shift.
The woman pointed Conway out and identified her as the person who had assaulted her, the affidavit stated.
