Del Rio police officer on indefinite suspension
A Del Rio police officer was placed on indefinite suspension Monday after the Internal Affairs Division of the Del Rio Police Department sustained 14 findings.
Mark Guerra was found to have failed to perform his duties in a professional manner through evidence that included transcripts and video.
Officials said Guerra gave false statements during an internal investigation involving another officer's internal affairs case.
