Police search for man who scammed pool buyers

Police are searching for a man who took payment for a service he never provided to the buyers.

Matthew Longoria, 34, is wanted on theft charges after he promised he could build a pool at a cheap price. Police said after entering into a written contract, he took the down payment, dug a hole and never returned to finish.

Longoria is 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs 200 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes.
