SAN ANTONIO – A Bexar County Sheriff's Office detention deputy turned himself in to authorities Thursday following an indictment on an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge.
In September 2014, Bailey held a kitchen knife to a child's neck and threatened to cut his throat if he didn't be quiet, according to a San Antonio police report.
Ronald Bailey has been placed on administrative leave pending the results of an internal investigation, sheriff's officials said Thursday.
