The police report stated Gallagher was driving north at a high rate of speed on Rogers Ranch when she lost control of her car at a curve.

The car drove over the center median and struck the southbound curb. The car then sideswiped a pickup truck, the report stated.

According to the report, the driver of the truck turned off Gallagher's vehicle and kept her there until police arrived and took Gallagher into custody.

The driver of the truck refused treatment from paramedics.

In October 2011, Gallagher was sentenced to two years deferred adjudication and fined $2,000 after pleading no contest to two counts of obtaining drugs by theft.
