SAN ANTONIO – A San Antonio teen was drugged, sexually assaulted and prostituted for a year and a half. A 39-year-old man is charged with trafficking a person in connection to her case.
Police said Richard Carlos Villarreal began selling the teen crystal meth and heroin in 2015, to which she soon became addicted.
The girl told police that Villarreal took her to several motels on the South and Northwest sides of town where she was given drugs and prostituted.
At one point, the teen’s mother got word that her daughter was being held at Capitol Motel on South Flores. She found the teen high on drugs in a motel room with Villarreal and another man.
Villarreal was arrested Tuesday and is at the Bexar County Jail. He was also previously charged with possession of a controlled substance.
