PORTLAND, Maine – Jacob Thompson, 9, was admitted to the Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital for the last time in October as he fights stage 4 high risk neuroblastoma.

His family has ‘fast-forwarded’ to the holidays this year to make sure Jacob gets one last Christmas.

Jacob’s wish this year is to have his hospital walls covered in Christmas cards -- his way of decorating for the holidays.

Jacob loves penguins, the color orange and the number 32, according to a Facebook post.
