14-year-old shot on North East Side Victim knows shooter, uncooperative with SAPD
SAN ANTONIO – A 14-year-old was taken to the hospital Saturday morning after he was shot on the North East Side.
San Antonio police said officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 4600 block of La Marquesa around 12:30 a.m. Upon arrival officers found the teenager shot in the stomach, police said. He was taken to University Hospital and is expected to recover.
According to police, the victim knows the shooter but won't tell investigators what led up to the shooting.
