More than 200 cases of a popular Starbucks drink are being recalled for possible contamination by a foreign material.

According to the Food and Drug Administration, the 15-ounce Starbucks Vanilla Espresso Triple Shot drink, which comes with 12 bottles in a case, could contain metal fragments.

Pepsico Inc. initiated the recall in mid-August but it wasn’t distributed by the FDA until last week.

The recall affects stores in seven states including Texas.

Consumers who have purchased the recalled product are urged to stop consuming the product and return it to the place of purchase.

Code information has not been provided by the FDA.
