Terror High Film Festival to take place inside San Antonio haunted house

Festival will stream a collection of independent and international horror shorts

The Terror High Film Festival has partnered with San Antonio’s haunted house attraction, Haunted Oaks, to stream its horror film shorts in the comfort of their spooky and terrifying location inside of Rolling Oaks Mall. (Terror High Film Fest)

SAN ANTONIO – You can watch horror movies in a haunted house this Halloween season at the Terror High Film Festival in San Antonio.

The festival takes place at 6 p.m. on Oct. 19 inside the Haunted Oaks attraction at Rolling Oaks Mall, located near Loop 1604 E and Nacogdoches Road.

Haunted Oaks is a 12,000-square-foot haunted house maze located inside the Rolling Oaks Mall shopping center.

Within the attraction is Horrific Pix Studios, an immersive, horror-themed art exhibit that allows attendees to access 13 themed rooms for selfies and photos, a press release states.

“The folks at Haunted Oaks and Horrific Pix Studios are letting us share a truly unique horror short film festival; attendees can be part of the terrifying experience. It’ll be a frightfully good time” said the film festival’s co-founder Jesus Hernandez.

Terror High Film Fest will stream a collection of independent and international horror shorts that embrace the monstrous, dreadful, frightful, and fantastic elements of the horror genre, according to a press release.

General admission to this one-night-only film festival event is $20 for all three attractions. VIP tickets are $35 and also include a Terror High shirt.
