SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police and Crime Stoppers are searching for two people responsible for the robbery of a Macy’s at South Park Mall back in February.

The incident occurred around 5 p.m. on Feb. 5 at South Park Mall in the 2300 block of SW Military Drive, on the city’s South Side.

According to a Crime Stoppers report, a Macy’s security guard had notified mall security that two people had fled to a parked car with stolen merchandise. That’s when, police say, the security guard then approached the car.

Police said a man inside the vehicle told security to get away, or that he would be shot. The pair fled with the stolen merchandise and have not been found.

Police say they are still searching for the suspects involved in the robbery.

Crime Stoppers is willing to pay up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest.
