New Target location to break ground next year on far West Side, TDLR says Business will be located on Marbach and Loop 1604

SAN ANTONIO – A new Target is set to break ground next year on the far West Side.
According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) , the new Target is set to begin construction on Marbach Road and Loop 1604.
The project is set to break ground starting on April 17, 2026, and end on March 19, 2027.
As of now, there is no opening date for the new shopping location.
The TDLR page said the Target is estimated to cost over $21 million and will be within a new mixed-use development.
