SAN ANTONIO – The Northside Independent School District will host a job fair next Tuesday as it looks to hire 195 more employees.
The fair will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 28 at the Northside Activity Center, 7001 Culebra Road, inside Culebra/Loop 410.

The district plans to hire bus drivers, food service workers, food service manager trainees, police officers, custodians and maintenance workers.
Qualified candidates must be able to complete a physical exam, a pre-employment criminal background check, fingerprinting and any required drug screening.
The district will hold on-site interviews for people interested in working in the transportation, child nutrition, custodial or maintenance departments.
Before coming to the job fair, you need to complete an online application for the position you are seeking. Applications can be found on the HR Jobs website.
Applicants for food service jobs must have a current Food Handlers Certificate that is approved by the state and by the American National Standards Institute. The Human Resources Department offers application assistance from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5617 Grissom Road.
