The San Antonio Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a missing 1-year-old girl.
Police said Emma Garcia was last seen in the 300 block of Smith Street with her mother, Diamond Garcia, on Monday afternoon.
Emma was last seen wearing black shoes, pink tights and pink shorts, police said.
Anyone with information regarding Emma and Diamond Garcia's whereabouts is asked to call SAPD's Missing Persons at 210-207-7660.
