New breakfast, brunch eatery opens in Quarry Market

Restaurant serves farm to market breakfast food

SAN ANTONIO – Snooze, a Colorado-based breakfast restaurant, is opening in San Antonio.

Snooze opens Wednesday in the Quarry around the corner from Whole Foods, and will be open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The breakfast and brunch menu is made with many local farm to market ingredients from around Texas.

The extensive bar menu is nothing to sneeze at, with plenty of options to compliment your custom pancakes.
