RECIPE: Potato Chip Crusted Chicken No description found
Ingredients 1 1/3 cups flour 1 Tbsp garlic powder 1 Tbsp seasoned salt 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp pepper 2 or 3 eggs 2 cups crushed potato chips 1/3 cup butter Directions *Preheat oven to 400 1. Whisk together first 5 dry ingredients in a medium bowl 2. Grease baking dish 3. Whisk eggs in small bowl 4. Dip chicken in flour mixture and coat completely 5. Dip chicken in egg 6. Dip chicken in crushed chips 7. Place in baking dish and refrigerate while your oven preheats 8. Melt butter and drizzle over chicken 9. Bake for 40-50 minutes (until chicken reaches internal temp of 165)
