Shrimp Scampi
Buddy V's provides many different options for lunch and dinner including this delicious shrimp scampi that you can make at home. The recipe is quick and easy.
First, start off with putting oil in your pan at the proper heat.
Add about a handful of shrimp and then season them with salt, pepper, and a dash of garlic. Remember that less is more in this situation.
Next, add in cherry tomatoes for color and flavor. After the cherry tomatoes, add some spinach for some more color and protein.
Top all of the ingredients off with garlic butter and after letting it simmer, you can finally add your pasta to complete your dish and enjoy!
