Mike and Fiona were joined on set today by Krystal Diaz, founder and director of Danzavida. The first class officially kicks off today and is offered both in the morning and at night. The classes do not involve weightlifting or strenuous activity, rather fun and fast-paced Latin dances. Krystal is professionally trained in Latin dances such as salsa, merengue, bachata and more, so the hour long class offers plenty. Danzavida encourages men and women to join with children's classes offered as well. Each class is about an hour long and only costs $7!
