SAN ANTONIO – The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office released the name of the man who was killed Saturday morning on Interstate 35 near Walters Street. David Hernandez, 29, was driving on the interstate when a wrong-way driver collided with him. Hernandez died at the scene. The driver of the other car was taken to the San Antonio Military Medical Center in critical condition.
