Darius Garland scored 27 points in his return from a back injury and Caris LeVert added 11 in his debut for Cleveland, leading the Cavaliers to a 105-92 win over the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday night in their last home game before hosting the All-Star Game.

San Antonio wraps up a five-game road trip, then heads home for nine consecutive games through April 5. Sexton averaged 23.3 points last season against the Raptors, who won all three games by 46 total points.
Ex-NBA player Shawn Bradley paralyzed in cycling accident

Former NBA coach Don Nelson is now a marijuana farmer

"I've been smoking some pot," Nelson said. In an interview with HBO's "Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel," Nelson revealed that he grows marijuana on his farm in Maui. Nelson retired from coaching as the NBA's winningest coach. And he just might be the first retired NBA coach to grow his own marijuana.
