A man accused of killing a suburban Detroit hotel employee and barricading himself in a room for hours has been charged with murder.

Authorities say a man accused of fatally shooting a hotel clerk in suburban Detroit during a dispute over money has surrendered to police after barricading himself inside a room.

Indianapolis police have arrested a man in connection with a shooting over the weekend that left one Dutch soldier dead and two wounded.
