Authorities found Garza at another location hours later, and booking records show he was arrested at 2 a.m. Monday. On Feb. 6, Garza was arrested on a charge of assault bodily injury-married after he allegedly assaulted his spouse. When officers arrived at the scene in North Bexar County the night before, Garza had already fled, BCSO said. “This assault the second time around was a lot more violent than the first,” Salazar said Monday.
