The Department of Human Services’ San Antonio Youth Commission and the Metropolitan Health District’s Project Worth Teen Ambassadors have opened the third annual teen mental health survey.
A city survey last year made it crystal clear that teenagers are struggling with their mental health. Now they're following up with a second survey, again written by teens themselves.
It is the first local survey of it's kind – created by teenagers, for teenagers. The questionnaire about mental health issues was released Tuesday for teens ages 12-19.
The Teen Mental Health Survey was made by high school students for young people between the ages of 12 to 19. The online survey will be open until April 10.
