We’re just a few months into the new year, and already, there has been SO much good TV to watch. It’s hard to keep up these days!

As we all know, February is Black History Month, so it’s a great time to brush up on Black history and educate yourself.

Since Halloween only comes around once a year, you’ve got to get your horror film binge-watching in while you can. There are classics that defined the genre, and a ton of new scary movies that are blockbuster hits. ‘The Haunting of Hill House’This horror series from Netflix has people squirming and freaked out. ‘Scream’ TV seriesThis may not be one of the original “Scream” movies, but these are almost just as good. Some might even argue that it’s one of the best scary movies ever made.

If reality TV is the only kind of reality you want to face during these uncertain times, then boy, do we have a show for you. Selling Sunset, which just debuted its entire third season on Netflix, is everything you want in a reality TV show: High fashion, petty drama and the perfect amount of escapism. The show follows the real estate agents who work at the Oppenheim Group, a swanky real estate brokerage that sells and buy the most luxurious and jaw-dropping homes in Los Angeles. Christine is so great that its shocking she hast been scoped up by another reality TV show before this. Come for the incredible real estate tours, and stay for the antics of this wild bunch of real estate agents whose lives you secretly wish you were living.

At this point in 2020, you’re probably thinking that you’ve watched every movie, TV show and documentary on Netflix. (And with several streaming services -- Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Disney+, to name a few -- there was SO much to see). ‘The Last Dance’This ESPN documentary series about Michael Jordan’s time with the Chicago Bulls captivated America when it premiered at the beginning of the pandemic. In case you missed it, didn’t have access (or now you just want to relive all the magic again) you can finally watch it on Netflix. ‘The Umbrella Academy’The second season of “The Umbrella Academy” dropped on Netflix last month, and fans of the show can’t get enough.

Will anything ever compare to the antics of Joe Exotic, Doc Antle or Carole Baskin, of “Tiger King” fame? But we have to assume you’ve finished the show by now, which leads us to this next question: What will you watch next? The following five recommendations seem to be just as crazy as “Tiger King” -- not necessarily the same brand of crazy, but on par when it comes to unbelievability, like, “How can this possibly be real?”(OK, and from the sounds of it, No. 5 miiiiight be the same genre as “Tiger King.”)Anyway, to compile this list, we asked around and brainstormed ourselves.
