The Davenport volleyball team is on a streak of back-to-back seasons appearing in the UIL Class 4A state tournament, having won the grand prize in 2023.

The Sinton Pirates pulled off a dramatic 14-13 victory over the Navarro Panthers in a high-scoring Game 1 of the Class 4A-DII third-round playoff series at Whataburger Field.

SAN ANTONIO – Devin Styles scored the game-winning layup at the final buzzer, and the Boerne boys basketball team defeated Somerset 61-59 in the Class 4A Regional Final to clinch the program’s first trip to the UIL State Tournament since 2008.
