Multiple crews are responding to a large brush fire on the East Side, according to the San Antonio Fire Department.

An argument outside a convenience store left one person injured Friday, said San Antonio police.

A 29-year-old man who died in a head-on vehicle crash on the Northeast Side has been identified by the Bexar County Medical Examine’s Office.
