ICE protest in Pearsall, TX

One week after Wilbur Perez was shot by ICE in Austin, protesters gathered outside the South Texas ICE processing center in Pearsall, TX. Within about 10 minutes, officers were physically moving demonstrators out of the street and onto the sidewalk. KSAT's Pachatta Pope was there as the crowd returned to the road and kept going, and she spoke with a woman whose husband is detained inside the same facility. ICE sent us a statement in response.
