San Antonio doctor shares son's suicide to help others

Dr. Isabel Baldu-Prado spends her days in the NICU at St. Luke's Baptist Hospital, hearing first heartbeats and sending preemies home with their parents.  Six years ago, she lost her own son. Roel was a junior at Texas A&M when he died by suicide, after years of openly battling his mental health with therapy, medication and hospital care.  His mom says she and her husband always kept the door open for hard conversations: "There's nothing that we can't talk about, nothing that we can't fix."
