SAN ANTONIO – Whataburger will host a Fiesta pop-up store at 3 p.m. Tuesday at its downtown restaurant at 412 E. Commerce St., near North Presa Street.
Restaurant officials said customers will have an opportunity to purchase Whataburger medals before they are available online to the public. The restaurant said there is a limit of two medals per person while supplies last, and can be paid for only with credit cards.
The keepsake medal this year features the restaurant's famous fries and ketchup, which the restaurant said promises to be "the perfect addition to any Fiesta medal sash."
For anyone who can't make it to the pop-up store, customers will have an opportunity to purchase Whataburger Fiesta medals online beginning March 21 for $9.99 each at shop.whataburger.com . Officials said there are limited quantities available.
