SAN ANTONIO – Worried you missed your shot at fame and fortune when "American Idol" canceled its planned auditions in San Antonio? Have no fear, the singing show has rescheduled its stop in the Alamo City.
The show will be coming to the Hyatt Regency Hotel San Antonio on Oct. 11.
The original audition was supposed to occur on Labor Day, but was cancelled after Hurricane Harvey slammed the state, and local officials and resources were strained as they contended with evacuees.
Auditions in Houston were also canceled due to the storm, but auditions in that location have not been rescheduled.
The Hyatt Regency is located at 123 Losoya Street.
