SAN ANTONIO – Universal Pictures and AMC Theaters are offering free movie tickets for US veterans and active-duty service members who want go see the new movie, "Thank You for Your Service" on Thursday, Oct. 26.
The offer is valid at more than 400 theaters nationwide and includes the AMC Rivercenter 11 as well as the AMC Classic Boerne 11 theater in the San Antonio area.

The free tickets are only for the 7 p.m. preview screening on Oct. 26 however and will only be offered to the first 25 service members per location who have valid, government-issued military ID.

"Thank You for Your Service" follows a group of U.S. soldiers returning from Iraq who struggle to integrate back into family and civilian life, while living with the memory of a war that threatens to destroy them long after they’ve left the battlefield.
The drama is based on the bestselling book by Pulitzer Prize-winning reporter and author David Finkel and stars Miles Teller, Haley Bennett, Joe Cole, Amy Schumer among others.

The tickets are on a first-come, first-served basis and may only be picked up at the AMC box office and have a limit of one free ticket for each military ID presented.
