Watch as tornado touches down in small town

Summer isn’t quite here, but severe tornadoes are already affecting some areas of the Midwest.

One such area was Southwest Michigan, which on Tuesday got struck with tornadoes so badly that Gov. Gretchen Whitmer declared a state of emergency in four counties.
