SAN ANTONIO – Located at 3505 Wurzbach Rd., Sichuan House has been open since 2015 and is owned by the Zhao family.
"It's been a lot of learning and we are excited to share our food with people," owner Kristina Zhao said.
On their menu you can find some of the typical Americanized Chinese food items, but there is also more authentic options.
"We really specialize in Sichuan cuisine and that is one of eight culinary styles that we recognize in Chinese culinary arts," Zhao said.
The Sichuan dishes are bold in flavor and range in level of spiciness.
Make sure you bring your appetite as the serving sizes are intended to be shared.
"All of our service is done family style," Zhao said.
